Help please! Does he like me?

Lately, I've been hanging out with my friend's Kelsey and Ocean. I've also started hanging out with Ocean's brother, North, and some other mutual friends. Well, I've started to crush on North, and I told Kelsey. Last night, Kelsey, Ocean, North, and I were play wrestling and North would always choose me to wrestle. Then, we began playing truth or dare. Kelsey knows I like him, so she asked North the truth on whether or not he would kiss me. He didn't hesitate to say yes, though he looked embarred. Then, somehow Ocean asked me a truth and it was would I kiss North and I said yeah. The next time it was Kelsey's turn to dare North, she dared him to kiss me. So we were mutually embarressed, but pecked anyways. Then Ocean got to dare me and also dared me to kiss North. So we did it again. It happened a third time too. So then it was late, and we all had to head home, but Ocean took me aside and asked if I liked his brother and I said yeah... and Kelsey talked to North. Well, I gave North a hug goodbye, but it was an awkward one armed one so I took a risk and was like, one more hug because that one sucked. So we hugged better, and while we were he asked me if he got a kiss. And I laughed and was like of course, and teasingly kissed his cheek. He played like he was hurt and I was like just kidding and gave him a kiss then went home. But later I got a text "Hey, um thouse kisses werea dare, um wat I'm trying to say is I'm not looking for a relationship I'm looking for fn ad you have a lot of it :) I hope you understand" And Kelsey had said he digged me, but didn't want to get into anything because I'm a senior and am leaving next year for college and he's a freshman. We are on the swim team together, and he invited me to go skate with him. What are my chances of anything coming from this, and does he like me? Is it worth hoping for? Any advice on how I should act?
