I can't figure out this hip hop/rap song?

I think it's by Lil Wayne and I'm not sure. The song is on my boyfriends iPod and I was trying to find it and I couldn't. His iPod has over 500 songs on his iPod and I'm not searching through them all. The hook is a man or men, singing "WhywhyyywhYyYyY oh whhhyy aye whhyy" to me when I first heard it, it sounded like a gospel male group lol. I don't know much about the song. :P thanks anyways. It's kinda fast paced too.
