What do you think would happen if every enlisted soldier would put down his/her weapon and refuse to fight?

Would it be like in Israel when Israeli soldiers refused to terrorize Palestinian households? that's why Sharon stormed the Mosque a few years back. He needed to stir up the hatred to continue the aggression. Would Bush plan another terrorist attack to get us stirred up and back to the business of killing Iraqis?
