Why's it wrong to have out of marriage?

I am a Christian. My parents told me that is a beautiful act only to be done by a couple who truly loves each other. It's not to be for fun. It's only done to create children who will continue to populate the earth and extend you bloodline. God only made it feel good so that we will get a little enjoyment out of work. Does any non-gay people have something to say otherwise?
