How do you get rid of a hickey in under 4 hours?

Ok people i need some help, last night was a little bit crazy and i ended up with a hickey. Now, my parents are going to be back from their trip in 4 hours and i need to make it go away before they figure out what happened last night. So as you see, i need some help, fast.
