So under what cirstances, did the french base the no burqa law?

This is not only a part of a culture, it is something thoroughly excepted by these woman voluntarily or involuntarily as part of their culture. Now others may see it as keeping their individuality under raps(no pun intended) others may see it as being mysterious which I can't see the problem with that, or seeing just the eyes is as pleasurable as seeing their face. Every ones not comfortable like europeans and americans with being naked 24/7. Now as far as a form of homeland security maybe, they need to do a better job of protecting entrances into the country and they wouldn't have to worry. The head raps, and the other full body garments with the face still visible are still allowed; sorry for not knowing the names. They could still be a danger even though their faces are exposed, there are female suicide bombers, so the garments still pose a danger, why ban those as well? Seems to me like some biased opinion helped this law p. Some oxymoron was quoted saying "they need to go back where they came from", um...there are woman of that culture that were born in your country, where are they gonna go? The ignorance needs to stop. But what was the actual reason to ban the burqa and face covering garments?
