How can I contact Sony about PS3 problems?

I have been having a few problems with some of my PS2 games on the PS3 mainly Rachet and Clank 3. I know some games don't work properly but I thought if I told Sony they might include it in the next firmware update. I have tried straight through the sony website which gives you a link however when you click on it the page is not found. Can someone please give me a website or email address which I could contact?
