I need to be come more fit for personal reason how can i do it?
Okay so heres my story I've been running ever since the beginning of may thru now Aug 17. I've been runngin 2-3 miles every day at a park started with 1 lap then I changed it to 2 laps when I got use to it. I've been staring to do mor squats and push up's sit up''s u no. I rlly need a six pack by the end of the year. I am a fourteen year old guy. Last time I weighed my self I weighed 151. Can Anyone give me a good blanced plan or some tips tricks etc. I ahve been eating vegiies THE GREENS but sometimes not always I still eat ice cream chips soda stc BUT WITH MODERATION should I stop comsuming all that?
