I think my horse has got worms?

If the manure was very fresh then yes your horses definitely have worms but if the manure was laying in the field for a day or more before you examined it then what you saw was maggots, or fly larvae. Just in case give them each a dose of ivermectin every two weeks for the next 8 weeks. That should cure them.
