Is 100 percent of salt that is in spring water (ground water ) removed by the time its in stores?

There is hardly any salt, if any. Your taste buds can detect very low levels of sodium. In fact, some bottlers actually add small amounts of minerals to improve the taste (if they do, they tell you on the bottle). If you want water with absolutely no minerals at all, buy distilled water.
