Question about writing a bibliography????

for english cl, we have to write a research paper and include a works cited (bibliograhpy) page. our sources have to be listed in alphabetical order. one of my sources is: The Annie E. Casey Foundation. Would i ignore the "the" and list it as my first source or keep it and put it lower down the list??
