What food do I take for two adults, 5 kids (5-15) going two weeks camping?

We will be camping at a lake, where we can drive to. So no hiking involved. We will take our boat and hope to catch some trout, but no guarantees. Closest little settlement for food and petrol will be one hour away. Because of summer holidays, hunting is not allowed.
