Which Car would you choose?

I currently own a 2007 Chevy Cobalt 2.2 LT with a 5- Speed it’s not a bad car, but it will be running out of factory warranty soon although it hasn’t given me any major problems its not the best in quality I have owned. Because of recent gas prices and the fact I don’t want to drive a environmentally unfriendly vehicle I have narrowed my decision down to the following and need help deciding. Either a 2008 Hyundai Accent SE 3 Door hatchback with abs and side airbags 5 speed and sport package basically power everything for 14,000 locks the works etc. The other is a 2009 Toyota Corolla 5 Speed which doesn’t have any windows or locks but has ABS and airbags and AC for a couple of hundred dollars more than the Accent. Here is the tough part I owe more on the Cobalt than what it is worth, so I may have to wrap a little bit into the new purchase which would last the longest and have the most resale value and finally should I just stick it out with the Cobalt.
