Microsoft Access Forms Text-box Validation Rules????

Firstly when putting criteria in using the greater than and lesser than symbols, you do not break them up like that: they should be shown as <>100 but this then means not equal to 100. Just type in the validation of 'between 1 and 100', as simple as that.
