Some guys hit on ALL the girls?

I have trouble getting a girlfriend (20 y/o never had one) and some guys tell me "just spit game at every girl you see." But don't you feel kind of bad about yourself when you get rejected by a girl who turns out to be a nasty skank? That kind of hurts my self esteem... what do you do about this?
